Founding Wellness In Thought


Wellness In Thought was created based off a passion for helping others. We often hope that life will have a simple, straight forward directory - however this is often not the case. Life carries difficulties and challenges that can take many forms —stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or feelings of burnout. These experiences can make people feel isolated, even though many others share similar feelings.


Wellness In Thought aims to provide a welcoming environment where people can explore their thoughts and emotions safely. The goal is to help individuals build resilience, find clarity, and improve their overall well-being.



What Makes Wellness In Thought Different


Our passion for providing personalised support to individuals has influenced the mode of delivery we provide to clients. Wellness In Thought recognises that traditional clinical environments may not be ideal for every client. Therefore, we offer a variety of services that provide flexibility and comfort, enabling us to deliver personalised support. Our modes of service delivery include:


  • Online: Using secure video links.

  • Phone: Audio calls.

  • Alternative Location: In-person location (requested by the client and agreed on by the counsellor).


This tailored approach can help people feel less alone and more empowered to face their challenges.
